All of the residents of this unique township have the right to know what decisions their elected officials are making on their behalf. Joyfield Residents for Accountable Government have taken it upon themselves to established this blog. It will give residents who choose to use technology, a location to find information about township business, until the Joyfield Township Government develops a website of their own.

  1. CLEAN UP DAY!! What an excellent idea. Give people a chance to clean up before you punish them with an ordinance and a fine! Superb! They should set up a clean up day twice a year! Other townships do it, why not this one?

    $$362.00 spent on legal fees? What for? For those two outrageous and ridiculous draft ordinances Mr. Fallowfield brought to the table last month? What A WASTE OF OUR MONEY!!

    The township board is not supposed to be involved in planning. They have a planning commission, that was appointed by the township board. The pc members can also be removed by the township board. The township board is not allowed to to use this power over the planning commission to influence them. It is illegal.
